The most exciting news:  I drove our car today!!!  And I scared the crap out of Aya's friend Iyad, who was nice enough to buy our car, check it out, etc. I generally kept it on the right side of the road with some coaching from Iyad.  He almost crawled into my seat (also on the wrong side of the friggin car!) on several occassions because I was too close to the curb.  Initially I was most concerned about shifting with my left hand.  That will apparently be the least of my problems.  At least here in England. 

We have almost everything else lined up.  Almost all the visas, almost all the car documents, almost, almost almost.
