100km in front of Barnaul. tonight the streets are much better then last night to Semey. But 5 hours boarder crossing to Russia was not nice.
Only one more boarder and the real Mongolia Rally will start) |

(100 km vor Mary) die Straßen außerhalb von Ashgabad sind nicht nur schlecht, beschissen ist gar kein Ausdruck dafür. Einem kleinen moment nicht aufgepasst und es haut einen nicht nur aus der Straße sondern wenn man pech hat den kompletten unter boden schutz weg. Den hatten wir eigentlich nicht schon auf den geteerten Straßen einsetzen wollen ;)
Da waren die Wellblech Autobahnen in Tschechin noch wirklich gold dagegen. |

Ashgabad, was eine STADT. Als wir da gestern die Toren der Hauptstadt von Turkmenista durchfahren haben sind wir aus dem staunen nicht mehr herrausgekommen. Man kann es einfach nicht in Worte fassen, alles uebergross und aus Mamor.
Versuchen wenn wir das naechste mal wieder internet haben bilder hochzuladen. Gestern sind wir auch deshalb mit fast allen Team die wir unterwegs getroffen haben 5* hotel Grand Turkmen abgestiegen. Aircontion und Pool erfrischt ungemein, so ein wenig Wellness muss immer mal wieder sein.
Versuchen heute wenns es die strassen es erlauben die Grenze nach Uzbekistan zu erreichen, noch sind die stassen gut, das kann sind schnell aendern und das thermometer zeit auch bei fahren fast 40 grad

Folks be careful in bulgaria, direct behind the border get in radar control(the polices here anywhere on the road). 30km to fast, shit what a nightmare. we spend the guys 3 base caps from Air Berlin and get the way free to get without get a ticket to Plovers. Good luck ;) |
